   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Цель исследования – анализ пожароопасности литий-ионных аккумуляторов при утилизации. Изучено состояние отрасли обращения с твердыми коммунальными отходами и динамика рынка литий-ионных аккумуляторов, что позволило прогнозировать новые риски возгораний батарей на этапе утилизации. Обобщены актуальные данные о пожарах на объектах хранения/переработки твердых коммунальных отходов, вызванных возгоранием литий-ионных аккумуляторов. Анализ выявил взаимосвязь роста числа пожаров с недостатком инфраструктуры сбора и неразвитостью технологий переработки литий-ионных аккумуляторов. На основе современных методов снижения пожароопасности предложены решения, включая (помимо технологий рециклинга) внедрение систем мониторинга возгораний (например, беспилотные летательные аппараты с тепловизорами) на полигонах твердых коммунальных отходов для оперативного выявления очагов, связанных с литий-ионными аккумуляторами.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This study investigates the fire hazards of lithium-ion batteries during recycling. We analyze the state of municipal solid waste management and lithium-ion batteries market trends to forecast emerging ignition risks at the disposal stage. Current data on fires at municipal solid waste storage/processing facilities caused by lithium-ion batteries combustion are synthesized. Analysis reveals a correlation between increasing fire incidents and deficiencies in collection infrastructure underdeveloped recycling technologies. Based on modern fire-risk mitigation approaches, we propose solutions including (alongside recycling methods) implementing ignition monitoring systems (e.g., drones with thermal cameras) at municipal solid waste landfills for rapid detection of lithium-ion batteries related hotspots.</p>
