    <p>Кинетика и механизмы химических реакций, участвующих в разложении яичной скорлупы, изучаются с помощью экспериментальных (термогравиметрический анализ и дифференциальный термический анализ), а также теоретических моделей. Присутствие фазы кальцита в сырой яичной скорлупе и постепенное при обжиге образование из него оксида кальция подтверждено экспериментально. Рециклированная яичная скорлупа демонстрирует лучшую кристалличность по сравнению с товарным (коммерческим) карбонатом кальция. Обосновано, что яичная скорлупа может быть использована непосредственно в качестве катализатора, адсорбента и в качестве сырья для синтеза материалов с добавленной стоимостью, что позволяет снизить энергопотребление и минимизирует воздействие на природную среду за счёт рециклинга неизбежного отхода пищевой промышленности.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The kinetics and mechanisms of chemical reactions involved in the decomposition of eggshells are studied using experimental (thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis), as well as theoretical models. The presence of the calcite phase in the raw eggshell and the gradual formation of calcium oxide from it during firing has been confirmed experimentally. Recycled eggshells demonstrate better crystallinity compared to commercial calcium carbonate. It is proved that eggshells can be used directly as a catalyst, adsorbent and as a raw material for the synthesis of value-added materials, which reduces energy consumption and minimizes the impact on the natural environment by recycling the inevitable waste of the food industry.</p>
