Проведен анализ военных угроз и опасностей от прошлого до наших дней. Рассматривая инструментарий, который используют агрессоры для реализации задач в ходе военных конфликтов, автор обращает внимание на то, что сегодня реализовать свои планы с помощью даже самого современного оружия им удается все реже, а наличие ядерного и иного оружия на новых физических принципах, с применением которого само существование человека как биологического вида подвергается смертельной опасности, подвигает агрессора к поиску вариантов при реализации своих захватнических планов. Проведенный исторический анализ инструментария войн свидетельствует, что во все временна агрессор стремился сделать так, чтобы другие народы, организации, государства, блоки делали то, что нужно ему, думая, что делают то, что нужно им самим. «Чужие руки» – тот инструмент, который во все времена использовали англосаксы. И сегодня запад под управлением США активно использует метод «чужие руки» в своих целях. Анализ современных событий дает основание предположить, что данный метод становится одним из основных в практике современных и будущих конфликтов, прежде всего в отношении к России.
The analysis of military threats and dangers from the past to the present day is carried out. Considering the tools that aggressors use to accomplish tasks during military conflicts, the author draws attention to the fact that today they are less able to realize their plans with the help of even the most modern weapons, and the presence of nuclear and other weapons based on new physical principles, using which the very existence of humans as a biological species is in grave danger. it encourages the aggressor to search for options in the implementation of his aggressive plans. The historical analysis of the toolkit of wars shows that at all times the aggressor has sought to ensure that other peoples, organizations, states, and blocs do what he needs, thinking that they are doing what they need themselves. «Other people's hands» is the tool that the Anglo-Saxons have always used. And today, the West, under the control of the United States, is actively using the «other people's hands» method for its own purposes. An analysis of current events suggests that this method is becoming one of the main ones in the practice of modern and future conflicts, primarily in relation to Russia.
