The purpose of the article is to solve the problem of developing statokinetic stability in the process of physical training of cadets of Saint-Petersburg State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia, which is based on the introduction of methods of special training and professional physical training aimed at ensuring safety. To achieve the goal of the work, a hand-to-hand combat technique is proposed, which is used in special forces of various structures of the Russian Federation to the present. With the help of a section that includes movement without weapons, namely somersaults, insurance techniques and related elements of acrobatics, which contributed to the fulfillment of the task by the special forces in any terrain. In modern hand-to-hand combat, a set of these exercises is called «lower acrobatics». This technique develops motor-coordinating abilities that allow you to quickly, accurately, constructively, successfully and flawlessly perform motor tasks, especially difficult and sudden ones. The use of «lower acrobatics» is successfully carried out by special forces soldiers in combat conditions to leave the line of fire and avoid injury, in any terrain. Taking into account the specifics of the conditions for performing rescue operations, a set of exercises of «lower acrobatics» will contribute to the development of dexterity, dexterity and statokinetic stability, which in turn will have a positive effect on the performance of difficult tasks.
