Выявляется актуальность социокультурного подхода к формированию иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции в рамках профессиональной подготовки специалистов МЧС России. Представлена образовательная модель формирования иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции курсантов вузов МЧС России. Раскрыто содержание структурных компонентов модели. Произведен анализ результатов внедрения модели в образовательный процесс вуза МЧС России.

The article highlights the importance of the sociocultural approach to the formation of the foreign language competence of the specialists of EMERCOM of Russia. It contains the educational model of the formation of the foreign language competence of the specialists of EMERCOM of Russia. The author describes the main structural components of the model, as well as analyzes the results of the implementation of the model in the teaching practice at the University of EMERCOM of Russia.
