   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предложен метод раннего обнаружения и идентификации пожарной опасности на нефтеперерабатывающих заводах с помощью нового изобретения в области видео анализа. Приводится описание программно-аппаратных объектов и конструктивных особенностей абсолютно новой системы противоаварийной и противопожарной защиты на нефтеперерабатывающих заводах.</p>

    <p>The method of early detection and identification of fire hazard refineries with the help of new invention in the area of video analyses is described in the article. It is discussed the description of program-instrumental facility and construction capability of absolutely new system of accident-prevention and fire protection for oil refinery.</p>
