Рассматривается технический регламент в области пожарной безопасности как эффективный механизм государственного регулирования в данной области на основе мер организационного, экономического и иного характера, адекватных угрозе пожаров и обеспечивающих задачи развития общества и государства.
In the present article the author considers technical regulations in the field of fire safety as the effective mechanism of state regulation in the field on the basis of the measures of organizational, economic and other characters adequate to threat of fires and providing problems of development of a society and the state.
