Analyzes the many- objects of crime under art. 219 of the Criminal Code and the associated damage to public relations as a fire safety - part of the security of the individual, society and state, and health and human life. The author argues the position that increased social value of human life and health as the object of a criminal assault requires a clear regulatory regulation of the test of a crime, possibly through a complete reconstruction of the criminal law.
