   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Рассмотрена имитационная модель выезда караула пожарно-спасательной части. Модель построена на основе анализа журнала пункта связи методом «process mining». Показаны некоторые возможные количественные оценки деятельности пожарной части, которые можно получить с использованием данной модели.</p>

    <p>Imitation model of the fire service watch departure is considered. The model has been developed on the basis of the fire station connection log analysis by process mining technique. Some possible quantitative estimations of the fire station activities, which could be obtained by the model are shown.</p>
