Показано, что одной из наиболее эффективной педагогической технологией, обеспечивающей формирование требуемых профессиональных компетенций является организация курсового проектирования, например в форме создания комплекта служебной или технической документации, позволяющей изготовление того или иного технического объекта или разрешения той или иной чрезвычайной ситуации. Выявлены задачи, связанные с импортозамещением программного продукта, направленного на расширение информационно-образовательной среды учебного заведения. Сформулированы требования, связанные с формированием импортонезависимого оригинального программного продукта, обеспечивающего расширение информационно-образовательной среды образовательных организаций пожарно-технического профиля в организации курсового проектирования. Приведены примеры дизайна основных опций учебно-методического комплекса формата *.html в поддержке процесса курсового проектирования. Сформирован алгоритм поиска обучающимся необходимой учебной информации в техническом справочнике на основе гипертекстовых структур. Установлено, что использование формата *.html расширяет круг пользователей учебно-методического комплекса во внеаудиторный период, что связано с возможностью его сохранения в памяти смарт-телефонов.
It is shown that one of the most effective pedagogical technologies ensuring the formation of the required professional competencies is the organization of course design, for example, in the form of creating a set of service or technical documentation that allows the manufacture of a particular technical object or the resolution of a particular emergency. Tasks related to the import substitution of a software product aimed at expanding the information and educational environment of an educational institution have been identified. Requirements are formulated for the creation of an import-independent original software product that expands the information and educational environment of educational organizations of the fire-technical profile in the organization of course design. Examples of the design of the main options of an educational and methodological complex in *.html format supporting the course design process are given. An algorithm has been formed for students to search for the necessary educational information in a technical reference book based on hypertext structures. It has been established that the use of the *.html format expands the range of users of the educational and methodological complex outside class hours, since it can be saved in the memory of smartphones.
