    <p>Рассмотрены основные факторы, оказывающие влияние на устойчивость зданий, включая усадку почвы, изменение ее прочностных характеристик и влагопроницаемость, которые могут привести к деформации и разрушению конструкций. Приведено описание инженерно-технических мероприятий, направленных на снижение рисков, связанных с оттаиванием мерзлоты, включая глубокое закладывание фундаментов, использование теплоизоляционных материалов, систем дренажа и вентиляции, применение свайных фундаментов и мерзлотозащитных сооружений. Приведены результаты факторного&#13;
и регрессионного анализов, направленные на разработку модели оценки состояния устойчивости фундаментов зданий в зависимости от климатических факторов для одного из объектов ПАО «ГМК «Норильский никель». Получена в виде полинома математическая модель, позволяющая определить влияние таких параметров, как температура окружающей среды, высота снежного покрова и скорость ветра, на угол отклонения конструкций зданий.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The main factors influencing the stability of buildings, including soil shrinkage, changes in its strength characteristics and moisture permeability, which can lead to deformation and destruction of structures, are considered. The description of engineering and technical measures aimed at reducing the risks associated with thawing of permafrost, including deep laying of foundations, the use of thermal insulation materials, drainage and ventilation systems, the use of pile foundations and permafrost protection structures. The results of factorial and regression analyses aimed at developing a model for assessing the stability of building foundations depending on climatic factors for one of the objects are presented PJSC MMC «Norilsk Nickel». A mathematical model has been obtained in the form of a polynomial, which makes it possible to determine the influence of parameters such as ambient temperature, snow cover height and wind speed on the angle of deviation of building structures.</p>
