    <p>Проведен аналитический обзор современных систем экстренного реагирования, проанализирован путь их развития и существующие виды, показаны особенности использования систем и алгоритмы их работы.&#13;
Проведенный анализ систем позволил сформировать картину современных трендов развития в данном направлении, а также выявить ряд критичных недостатков, которые не позволяют в должной мере использовать данные системы на практике. Исключение выявленных уязвимостей позволит повысить эффективность систем, что, в свою очередь, положительно отразится на безопасности граждан, находящихся на территории объектов защиты, а также сохранит материальное имущество организаций.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article provides an analytical review of modern emergency response systems, analyzes their development path and existing types, and shows the features of using these systems and their operation algorithms.&#13;
The analysis of the systems made it possible to form a picture of modern development trendsin this area, as well as to identify a number of critical shortcomings that do not allow these systemsto be used properly in practice. Elimination of the identified vulnerabilities will increasethe efficiency of the systems, which in turn will have a positive impact on the safety of citizens located on the territory of protected facilities, and will also preserve the material property of organizations.</p>
