    <p>В статье представлен анализ подходов к обучению населения мероприятиям, направленных на предотвращение возникновения пожаров в России и зарубежных странах. На основе сопоставления существующих практик и концепций раскрыты положительные факторы, которые возможно адаптировать в отечественной практике. Отдельное внимание уделяется подходам к определению категорий населения, подлежащих обучению мерам пожарной безопасности в Российской Федерации и за рубежом. Приведенные в статье данные представлены на основании анализа опубликованных отечественных трудов и иностранных источников. Выводы отражают перспективные направления для просветительской работы с населением как основного механизма профилактики возникновения пожаров.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article presents an analysis of approaches to educating the population on measures aimed at preventing fires in Russia and abroad. Based on a comparison of existing practices and concepts, the positive factors that can be adapted in domestic practice are revealed. Special attention is paid to approaches to determining the categories of the population to be trained in fire safety measures in the Russian Federation and abroad. The data presented in the article is based on an analysis of published domestic works and foreign sources. The conclusions reflect promising areas for educational work with the population as the main mechanism for fire prevention.</p>
