   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Анализируются способы защиты от вибрации, подробно изучается виброзащита путем применения амортизаторов. Виброболезнь является одним из ведущий профессиональных заболеваний, поэтому необходимо прилагать все усилия для её предотвращения. В статье уделяется внимание источникам вибрации, воздействию вибрации на организм человека, методам виброзащиты, описан наиболее эффективный метод защиты от вибрации. Также в статье подробно освещаются такие методы виброзащиты, как применение амортизаторов. Цель данного исследования – проведение анализа применения амортизаторов для защиты от вибрации, выявление их достоинств и недостатков. Рассматриваемая тема будет интересна специалистам, занимающимся снижением вибрации на рабочем месте. В дальнейшем эта статья может быть использована как вспомогательный материал улучшения средств защиты от вибрации.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article analyzes the methods of protection against vibration, examines in detail &#13;
the vibration protection using shock absorbers. Vibration disease is one of the leading occupational diseases, so it is necessary to make every effort to prevent it. The article pays attention to the sources of vibration, &#13;
the effect of vibration on the human body, methods of vibration protection, describes the most effective method of protection against vibration. The article also covers in detail such methods of vibration protection as the use of shock absorbers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of shock absorbers to protect against vibration, to identify their advantages and disadvantages. The topic under consideration will &#13;
be of interest to specialists engaged in reducing vibration in the workplace. In the future, this article can &#13;
be used as an auxiliary material for improving vibration protection.</p>
