    <p>В статье с позиций ретроспективного подхода анализируются содержание, основные формы, методологические принципы организации учебного процесса в индустриальных техникумах СССР в 1920-1930-е гг. Показательным в этом отношении является Ленинградский пожарный техникум как самое организованное на тот момент среднетехническое учебное заведение пожарного профиля.</p>

    <p>The article contains the retrospective analysis of the matter, basic forms and methodological organizing principles of the educational process in the industrial secondary schools in 1920-1930 years with an example of the Leningrad Fire School as the most disciplined secondary fire-school at the moment.</p>
