Выявлены и сформулированы современные тенденции участия «мозговых центров» в процессе формирования и реализации внешнеполитического курса США в период администрации Дональда Трампа. Прослеживается историческая эволюция роли организаций в процессе принятия политических решений в стране и набора механизмов, используемых ими для проецирования воздействия; устанавливаются причины трансформации положения аналитических центров на современном этапе и даётся оценка их возможным последствиям.

The article identifies and formulates the contemporary trends of the participation of think tanks in the shaping and implementation of the USA foreign policy course in the period of Donald Trump’s presidency. It examines the historical evolution of the organizations’ role in the state’s decision-making process along with that of the set of mechanisms used to exercise their influence; identifies the reasons for the current transformation of the think tanks’ position and assesses its possible consequences.
