Представлен подход к решению задачи оценки рисков разрушения объектов транспортной сети в результате чрезвычайной ситуации, основанный на аппарате теории нечётких множеств. Использование методики, реализующей решение указанной задачи, позволит проводить оперативную оценку рисков разрушения объектов транспортной сети в результате чрезвычайной ситуации с целью принятия обоснованных решений по предупреждению и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций.
