   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Разработана методология формирования информационного процесса мониторинга химического загрязнения воздушной среды от функционирования транспорта в крупном урбанизированном мегаполисе в показателях индивидуального риска, физического и стоимостного ущерба. На примере региона Санкт-Петербурга показана реализация информационной системы процесса текущего контроля, краткосрочного и долгосрочного прогнозирования комплексного химического загрязнения атмосферы городским транспортом: автомобилями, трамваями, троллейбусами, электрическими поездами пригородного сообщения и метрополитена. Установлено, что наибольший экологический эффект для региона Санкт-Петербурга следует ожидать при перспективном обновлении эксплуатируемого парка транспорта на автомобили четвертого и пятого экологических классов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The paper describes a methodology of the information process of the monitoring of transport related air pollution in big cities in terms of individual risks and external costs. The information system of the air quality control and short-term and long-term forecast of the chemical air pollution pollution by city transport (including motor transport, trams, trolley buses, trains, metro) was realized in St. Petersburg. It was shown that the most positive effect should be expected from to the renovation of the vehicles fleet by vehicles corresponding to Euro-4 - Euro-5 emission standards.</p>
