В статье рассмотрены теоретические, правовые, политические и другие аспекты дискурса прав человека, представлена характеристика основных профилей рисков в сфере прав человека и безопасности личности в условиях глобализации. Раскрыты особенности современных концептуальных подходов к анализу проблемы, выявлены ведущие тенденции его развития.

The article considers the theoretical, legal, political and other aspects of the discourse of human rights, presents description of the main risk profiles in the field of human rights and human security in the context of globalization. Peculiarities of the modern conceptual approaches to the analysis of the problem and leading trends of its development are identified.
