Abstract (English):
The concept of the mechanism of harmonization of system of a turn of dangerous chemicals is provided. The organizational structure of management of harmonization of systems of a turn of dangerous chemicals is presented. The algorithm of use of the mechanism of harmonization of systems of a turn of dangerous chemicals in the European union and the Russian Federation is developed.
