DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract (English):
The study raises the actual problem of environmental pollution by industrial enterprises in the modern world. A brief historical digression on the problem of environmental pollution as a result of human activity is given. Environmental risks are a direct characteristic of economic activity; therefore, it is necessary to organize a system for managing these risks at an industrial enterprise. The study shows the need to implement an environmental risk strategy at an industrial enterprise. The authors propose an algorithm for developing the strategy of an industrial enterprise, taking into account the impact of environmental risks on the formation of the strategy of an industrial enterprise. The proposed algorithm contains five main stages: goal setting, risk identification, risk assessment, risk management, and efficiency determination. The algorithm reflects the development of environmental strategy and management.
