The article reveals some political and legal aspects of human security in the period of globalization marked the emergence of a fundamentally new concept of security - the concept of human security. Specifics of interpretations of human security from the position of the institutional, political, cultural, anthropological, micropolitical and other approaches to the interpretation of the problem of human security in modern political science are also revealed. The role of EMERCOM of Russia in providing human security is emphasized.
