Abstract (English):
The term of kriminometrika emphasizes specific character, the content of the scientific region: the quantitative expression of those connections and relations, which are opened and substantiated by kriminologicheskoy theory. A good model can give reasonable forecast in its region of scope with the condition of retaining the prevailing relations between the system and the medium, it can reveal threats to the prevailing order.
