Abstract (English):
Analyzed the vulnerability of critical infrastructure in the area of emergency was a use of maintenance and repair trains as a means of increasing the stability of vital facilities. Integrated application of repair compounds will move to a higher level of safety (accident-free) Energy Saving of technical facilities, improve energy efficiency and increase turnaround time and resource exploitation techniques.
