The article presents approaches to the implementation the network-centric management model for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations. The article discusses the technical aspect of network-centric model, its substantive content and important properties. The main attention is paid to the possibility of adapting the network-centric model in the scope of the Emercom of Russia.
