The psychological researches of the foreign and domestic scientists dedicated to the investigations of gender differences and the tendency to risk behaviour analyzed in the article. The results of the research of the relationship of the individual and psychological features of the gender and the tendency to risk of employees of the federal fire fighting service of EMERCOM of Russia are viewed.
