Abstract (English):
Theoretical analasys and empirical research have been done to determine criteria and indications of psychological compatibility, which allowed to create conceptual model of this phenomenon allowing optimization. The forming of rescuers teams. The determinations of psychological compatibility were singled out on the basis quaiexperemental research.
