Analyzed the vulnerability of critical infrastructure in the zone of emergency situations. It is proposed to use the repair compositions as a means of increasing the stability of life support facilities. Complex application of the repair trains will move to a higher level of secure (accident-free) энергоресурсосберегающей operation of technical facilities, improve energy efficiency, and increase the resource and the overhaul period of equipment operation.
