Abstract (English):
A study to determine the quality evaluation mixing in the turbulent flow of liquid (water) and the fire-extinguishing additives depending on its concentration. The proposed approach makes it possible to establish the relationship between the parameters of the analyzed samples, the concentrationsof the components and the extent of large-scale non-invariance.
