In the article the multi-criteria approach to constructing a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the application of models and their complexes officials of enabling to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of models of the officials mentioned above. The simplicity of algorithmization of the offered method allows to recommend the introduction of the software of the corresponding automated control system.
