Abstract (English):
Theoretical analysis of the nature and content of the security personnel of the psychology of the Russian emergency situations Ministry. Shows the relationship between the modern requirements to improve the training of the Russian emergency situations Ministry and the formation of security psychology students in universities of the Russian emergency situations Ministry. Possibilities and aspects of the psychology of security as a condition to improve the educational process in the universities of the Russian emergency situations Ministry.
