This article examined the opportunities for improving the quality EMERCOM of Russia training system. Article’s main problem is solved by using cluster procedures as a method of typal objects (building models) for subsequent construction on the Saint-Petersburg university of State fire service of EMERCOM of Russia. Presented the result of using cluster procedures: typal objects (building models) list for training camp, and provided the evidence for this choice.
