Abstract (English):
The complex of mathematical methods and the programs, allowing to predict character and dynamics of flooding of the set district in result of thawing of snow or an intensive precipitation is developed. The forecast example for settlements Duboviy and Sredniy Ikorets of Voronezh region is given.
