Abstract (English):
Considers the problem of determining the characteristics of heterogeneous flow of requests to the input of computer systems, with the median modification stochastic EM-algorithm. For example, the flow of requests coming to the entrance of the DNS server of the Internet, the article shows the difference of the results obtained with the help of standard tools of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics from the results obtained in the case of using the EM algorithm.
