Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The problem of approximation of selection of random variables by known laws of distribution, in particular, b-distribution is considered. The corresponding settlement formulas are given and possibility of finding of the b-distribution parameters on the example of selection of casual timepoints of the beginning of evacuation is shown at a fire.
