Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
Represented the conceptual approach to assessing the effectiveness of management systems of organizational systems operating in real-time in the basis of proposed combination of indicators of effectiveness of management systems. Determined mathematical relations indicated relations exponent of effectiveness of management systems. Suggested approach could be interesting in solving practical tasks, related with increasing effectiveness of management systems of organizational systems operating in real-time.
