Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to actual the problem of human security, protection of life and health legal means. Brief analysis of the criminal law on the basis of which the conclusion is made that today the specific activity of the state associated with the development and establishment of the Foundation and principles of criminal liability for crimes against life and health of the person is not in conformity with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and needs improvement.
