Abstract (English):
This article considers the issues of cooperation between the authorities of the elements of the functional and territorial subsystems of the unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations. Reviewed the goals of the interaction and the basis for the planning of measures for the organization of interaction. Main directions of interaction in the framework of a unified state system of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations.
