The nomograms allowing to solve problems of synthesis of systems of mass service of calls of the emergency services, messages on the fires and an emergency, signals, etc. are provided. These nomograms allow to define necessary number of channels of service (workplaces of dispatchers) and communication lines from a condition of observance of a number of restrictions. These nomograms are rather simple in use and are intended for expeditious determination of key parameters of systems, in particular, of services of management on duty and dispatching and the emergency reaction.
