Abstract (English):
This paper presents the goals and objectives of radiation, chemical and biological protection system of EMERCOM of Russia. The content of the existing system of radiation, chemical and biological defence. Discusses the state of existing funds of radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance and control. Noted the importance of creating a modern means of radiation, chemical and biological reconnaissance and control in the system EMERCOM of Russia. Describes the main areas of further improvement in accordance with the Concept of radiation, chemical and biological protection.
