Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
In this article as the measure promoting improvement of an ecological situation and increase of level of safety for environment in the sphere of the address with waste creation of uniform electronic base of waste which can be suitable for recycling is offered. In article the main theses for creation of a similar databank about waste are offered, and also justification of need of its creation and considerable relevance is given today.
