Abstract (English):
This article discusses the mechanisms of social and psychological safety of engineering personnel. It was found that the element of social and psychological safety of engineering personnel could be not only a realistic representation of the range of their own capabilities and mature cognitive schemes, but also safety feelings in the form of positive or negative emotional phenomena. Main components of psychological measurement of social and psychological safety of engineering personnel appear the human subjective feelings, emotional and cognitive components. Furthermore, valuable aspects of attitude to its professional activities, due to objective circumstances of vital activity and personality traits.
