The article discusses the possibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles for elements of the EMERCOM as a platform for radio relay for the emergency prevention and response system. Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of unmanned aerial vehicles as a class of aircraft, their classification. Based on the classification of unmanned aerial vehicles is built in the image of the desired carrier repeater radio channels to the Ministry of emergency situations and possible ways of its application.
