Abstract (English):
The system of maintenance of activity of divisions of EMERCOM of Russia on the basis of the introduction of advanced information technologies in the processes of evaluation of the situation and decision-making by creating a single information space. Presents the optimum combination of automated information and control of the data processing systems of emergency situations and their abilities, and data banks. Analyzed the actions of automated control systems and operation on the basis of the proposed board of management information systems.
