Abstract (English):
The article shows the importance to develop methods of training and creation of measures aimed at the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of different nature (natural, technological and others) and calculate economic results. It also shows the necessity of using mathematical modeling to estimate the elimination of emergency situations results.
