Abstract (English):
In article authors carry out the analysis of system of technical supply of divisions of Emercom of Russia. The carried-out analysis results in need of the solution of the scientific task consisting in development of methodical ensuring estimation of efficiency of management decisions on equipping and providing with arms, the military and special equipment of divisions of EMERCOM of Russia.
