AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO EXPERT STUDIES WOOD, PROCESSED FLAME RETARDANT AND ITS CHARRED REMAINS

Abstract (English):
Discussed the analytical capabilities of an expert study wood, processed flame retardant. Objects of study - wood, treated with nitrogen-, phosphate-, borate-, sulfate-, carbonate - and chlorine- containing flame retardants, and its charred remains, seized at the fire place. Research methods: pH-metry, qualitative microchemical analysis methods for the determination of ash content, elemental and thermal analysis, ion chromatography, and infrared spectroscopy. The proposed optimal scheme analytical studies including sample preparation. It is shown that the most informative integrated the use of these physico-chemical methods.
