The possibility of occurrence of heat and fire risk of electrical mechanically damaged copper conductor current, accompanied by a partial reduction of its cross section was demonstrated. The mechanism of such a process’ origin and its fire danger was described. We proposed the term«local overcurrent». The experimental research related to the modeling of mechanical damageto the heating element of the vehicle seat heating have been realized.
