Abstract (English):
Article is devoted to questions of instilling and fixing at cadets of the first year of training, the acting as commanders of the groups and departments, theoretical knowledge necessary in their further sergeant's activities. Based on a long experience of work of officers-tutors the optimum structure by that theoretical preparation is created, the technique of its carrying out on rates is developed and experimentally checked. The algorithm of carrying out control offsetting on theoretical preparation is developed for persons of a younger command personnel for the purpose of their differentiation on level of training, and also elimination not enough the prepared examinees.
