The information management is always regarded as one of the main activities in EMERCOM of Russia. The safety of people, the risks minimization, the increase of the efficiency of warning systems and actions in emergency situations depend on the information management. That rating of real and potential, technological and social threats on the territory of Zheleznogorsk is an important source of information for decision-making in the field of security area management
